My personal and professional journey is deeply connected to the respectful support of neurodivergent individuals and people with disabilities, as well as their families, caregivers, and the professionals who accompany them. Throughout my career, I have focused on implementing supports that foster communication development, recognizing and valuing the many ways each person expresses themselves and engages with the world.
My academic background includes studies in Hearing, Voice, and Oral and Written Language Therapy, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Pedagogy), which has allowed me to integrate an interdisciplinary perspective centered on learning, communication, and human development.
I hold certifications in DIR/Floortime® 101 and 201, Gestalt Language Processing, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) following the work of Marge Blanc. I have also completed a postgraduate specialization in Mental Health and Autism through Comunidades Inclusivas. Ongoing learning is a fundamental pillar of my professional practice, and I remain committed to continuous training and study.
Currently, my work is focused on directly supporting families (Spanish/English) from a neuroaffirmative approach, prioritizing respect for individual rhythms, diverse forms of communication, and above all, the dignity and autonomy of each person.
In addition, I have facilitated workshops and training spaces in schools, private clinical settings, and specialized educational services (USAER, CAM, among others), aimed at strengthening understanding and providing practical tools on communication, language, disability, and autism. These spaces promote respectful and inclusive practices, as well as the implementation of supportive communication strategies within educational environments.
